- Carol and Mandy are our two very capable administrators at the Centre. They will be happy to help you, be more productive, by taking on those administrative tasks that take up your valuable time. They will word process, photocopy, deal with post, courier and even provide catering services for you and your guests.
Fax Both Incoming and Outgoing
- Just hand Carol or Mandy your document and they will make sure it is sent. Or call you the moment you receive one.
- Save money and space on photocopying by using our A3, A4 photo copier with sheet feeder. Why not hand your document to Carol or Mandy and let them copy it for you!
All Outgoing Calls Charged at BT Standard Rates
- Telephone charges can be a big cost for many companies, so it's important to know that you're not being over charged for your phone calls. That's why we charge you at cost!
Mail Handling Including Franking
- Never worry about trying to meet the last post, Carol and Mandy will make sure the correct postage is charged for your mail and that it is posted that day. All you have to do is give them the envelope!
- Do you have long meeting with your clients? Why not offer them refreshments, Carol and Mandy will make sure you're all catered for with coffee/tea, biscuits and fruit juice, leaving you to get straight down to business with your guests.
- Do you often have important meetings with your clients? Why not hold your meeting in our prestigious Boardroom complete with broadband and telephone facilities.
- You know how frustrating it is when the moment you leave the office, the courier decided to turn up to deliver or pickup a parcel leaving you yet another time consuming task of obtaining your parcel. Not anymore. Carol and Mandy are at the front desk from 8:30 to 17:00 so there is always someone to sign for your parcels.
- Do you ever have one of those annoying moments when your PC just won't print that last minute document, or your email stops working! We have our IT support line. Our IT engineer can connect to your computer remotely and help you sort out your problem, to get you back up and running with minimum disruption.
